Acceptance of these terms

By using shieldcoat.com.au, signing up to our applicator network, or purchasing Shieldcoat products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.

Product information

We make every effort to keep product specifications, coverage rates, and pricing accurate. Specifications can change without notice — always confirm with the most recent product data sheet before specifying or quoting a job.

Warranty

Shieldcoat warrants its products when applied per the relevant product data sheet by an accredited applicator. Full warranty terms are issued at the time of application and registered against the property address. The warranty does not cover incorrect application, mechanical damage, structural defects in the substrate, or use outside specified conditions.

Applicator network

Approved applicators are independent businesses, not employees of Shieldcoat. The applicator is responsible for the quality of preparation and application; Shieldcoat stands behind the product itself when applied per spec.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, product names, and brand marks — is owned by Shieldcoat or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Shieldcoat's total liability for any claim related to the website or our products is limited to the price paid for the product. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
